Invitations to the 2024 Pokémon World Championships can be obtained by finishing at the top of the Pokémon Championships 2023-24 Malaysia Video Game Division.
Furthermore, instead of having the participants be divided into age groups, the top placers in the Pokémon Championships 2023-24 Malaysia Video Game Division Open League will be able to earn invitations.
Depending on the birthdate of the person who received the invitations, they could be assigned to the Junior league, Senior league, or the Masters league in the 2024 Pokémon World Championships.
